Terms of Use: "Coloring: Animals"

Last updated: Nov 8, 2026

1. Agreement

These Terms of Use apply to the iPad app Coloring: Animals by Coloring Labs. By downloading or using the app you agree to these terms. They supplement Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which also applies. If a child uses the app, a parent or guardian accepts these terms on their behalf.

2. License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms. The illustrations, design and software of the app belong to Coloring Labs and its licensors. You may not copy, resell or redistribute the app or its illustrations, except for your own colored pictures as described below.

3. Your Drawings

The pictures you color are yours to keep, print and share for personal, non-commercial purposes. They are stored on your device only; deleting the app may delete them, so save the ones you love to your Photos.

4. In-App Purchase

Some drawings are free; the rest can be unlocked with a one-time in-app purchase. The purchase is processed by Apple and charged to your Apple Account. It is not a subscription and does not renew. You can restore it on your other devices signed in with the same Apple Account. Refunds are handled by Apple according to its policies.

5. Updates

We may update the app, for example to add or change drawings or features. Some content may change over time.

6. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, Coloring Labs is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the new version on this page and update the "Last updated" date.
